The Back On Track Quick Wraps can be used for rehabilitation, recovery, or as a preventative aid. They can be used after exercise as a stable bandage, or for shipping your horse to make his trailer ride more comfortable. The technology of the Back On Track brand is in their unique blend of traditional Chinese medicine with the modern textile industry. The result was a ceramic-infused polyester and polypropylene, called Welltex. The ceramic particles are selected based on the spectrum of absorption and emission they contain. How they act on the horse is that these particles absorb the body’s heat radiation, and they emit a heat of a specific wavelength back. The heat the ceramic particles expel back is in the long-wave infrared zone, that is responsible for increasing blood circulation and also contributing a pain-reducing effect. The Back On Track Quick Wraps are lined with the Welltex fabric, in combination with soft cotton, providing these therapeutic benefits to the horse that is wearing them. Quick Wraps are easy to wash and care for, even with the ceramic particles inside! The outer covering is neoprene and pillow wrap, and Quick Wraps are easily fastened with velcro straps. These boots are great for horses that suffer from aches and pains associated with Arthritis, and as preventative care against the development of wind puffs and the like.
