Returns
All
returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receipt,
individuals will be responsible on the freight for their returned item,
unless that item is broken or damaged. If that is the case and the item
is damaged please contact us promptly and we will arrange for you to
get a new item. Items that individuals seek to return should still have
the appropriate tags and be in new condition, meaning that items should
not have marks from horse wear or dirt, if the product being returned
does not meet these conditions we will be unable to process the return.
Certain items will not be accepted for return such as sprays, bits or
custom goods as per our agreement with our supplier. NO
ITEM WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THE INTENT OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE THAT IS IN
GOOD CONDITION WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF AN RMA NUMBER. YOU CAN ATTAIN
