Shipping & Handling
With all of our horse tack supply at One
Stop Equine Shop, we try our best to give you the lowest prices, therefore
shipping and handling is value based. In the Continental US packages weighing
less than 3.0lbs will ship USPS, and packages weighing more than 3.0lbs will
ship UPS. For international shipments, Canadian Shipments, and shipments to
Hawaii and Alaska packages will ship USPS. Before buying our horse tack online,

Sales Tax
For Customers residing in or having
shipments sent to the state of IL, there will be the standard 6.25% sales tax
on all horse tack supply purchases.
Is The Site Secure?
The sites currently uses Authorize.net
to process transactions, First Data processes the transactions and securely
stores transaction data for your protection. To ensure your shopping comfort
when buying horse tack online, we offer an additional option of using Google
Checkout, which also securely protects data and solely provides us with a
transaction number in relation to the purchase. Your user information is only
viewable by The One Stop Equine Shop and its employees. The site is secured

When and How will the Product
Ship?
When you buy horse tack online from us,
we will usually ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Items will ship via
UPS Ground, FEDEX Ground or USPS. Horse tack supply may ship from various
locations and arrive in separate boxes
What Payment Methods Do You Take?
This site currently accepts Visa,
Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover through Authorize.net by First Data Merchant
Services and Google Checkout on all of our horse tack for sale.

The One Stop Equine Shop will not sell

company. The One Stop Equine Shop reserves the right to use email addresses to
periodically provide customers with product updates and coupons. Customers have
the right to remove or opt-out from these promotional offers on our horse tack
for sale.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We see customer satisfaction as the
most important part our business. As a company we are constantly working
to improve the quality of our products and services. We firmly believe
that shopping at The One Stop Equine Shop is not just about our
products, but about the experience that we offer customers. If for any
reason you find that a product does not suit your needs we would ask for
you to call for an authorisation and return the product within the
first 30 days. We understand that this is not always possible and we
take that into consideration and as a result apply any potential
restocking fees on a case by case basis.You will find our standard
return policy below.
Standard Return Policy
All items
must be paid in full before shipping. In order to return merchandise
please contact us and return your item within 30 days of receipt for an
RMA. Items not returned within 30 days maybe assessed a 15% restocking
fee.No item will be accepted without an RMA. Buyer will be responsible
for return shipping,unless the item is broken.Initial freight costs are

FOAL,LLC DBA The One Stop Equine Shop reserves the right to adjust
pricing at any time. Furthermore, as from time to time there is human error over
one of our many thousands or products we reserve the right to cancel an order
(on rare occasion)in the event of a pricing error.
Price Matching Policy
We understand that customers want the
best quality at the best prices. We try to keep our prices as low as
possible while complying with manufacturer guidelines on pricing.
However, we believe that pricing is an important part of our customer
service. If you find a price lower than ours in another major catalog we
will match it as long as it does not interfere with the guidelines set
out by the manufacturers.
