In the Continental US packages weighing less than 3.0lbs will ship USPS, and packages weighing more than 3.0lbs will ship UPS. For international shipments, Canadian Shipments, and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska packages will ship USPS. The One Stop Equine Shop will not sell any individuals information for use by
another company. The One Stop Equine Shop reserves the right to use email addresses
to periodically provide customers with product updates and coupons. Customers have
the right to remove or opt-out from these promotional offers.
Return Policy All returns or exchanges must be initiated and completed within 14 days of receipt, individuals will be responsible on the freight for their returned item and initial freight costs are non-refundable, unless that item is broken or damaged. Items not returned within 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. On exchanges an additional shipping fee will be incurred. If that is the case and the item is damaged please contact us promptly and we will arrange for you to get a new item. Items that individuals seek to return should still have the appropriate tags and be in new condition, meaning that items should not have marks from horse wear or dirt, if the product being returned does not meet these conditions we will be unable to process the return. Certain items will not be accepted for return such as sprays, bits or custom goods as per our agreement with our supplier. NO ITEM WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THE INTENT OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE THAT IS IN GOOD CONDITION WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF AN RMA NUMBER.
